French Bros. is a family-owned and operated business that was established in the San Francisco Bay Area in 1954 specializing in what it still does well today - selling and installing both commercial and residential floors and ready-made window coverings.
Founders Robert and Ray Levesque built French Bros. on these principles: To provide French Bros.' customers with outstanding service, incredible savings, personal attention, and fantastic products to enhance their living environment - a mission carried on today by Ray's children, Jim, Brad and Susan.

We take pride in our processes here at French Bros. We ensure our customers have the best experience possible from the moment we chat on our website, answer a phone call, or see them in our showrooms. We work to keep our interactions professional yet kind from the start to finish- all the way from our sales team to our installers.
Pick Your Flooring!
We have a wide variety of flooring stocked in our Oakland and San Francisco showrooms. We also offer special orders for hardwoods and other carpets, LVT, or vinyl. We would love to help bring your vision to life with any of our offerings. Take a look through our "Products" page for more information and options.
Residential: Consultations & The Job Estimate
We offer sales of flooring and installation for our products. Our process starts with a discussion on what type of flooring our customers are interested in and from there we will do an in-house consultation for measurements, condition assessments, and to see samples in the space! From there we will give you an estimate and set a delivery, pickup or installation date.
Commercial: Consultations & The Job Estimate
We do commercial properties too! Our process for commercial properties is similar- we will have an initial discussion on what interests the client and proceed with a in-house consultation and end with a quote!
Installation
We have a wonderful team of installers here at French Bros who put 100% effort and care into every job. They will make sure your new floors are just what you dreamed of. We can guarantee the execution won't be short of excellence.

Our professional and experienced installers will get your new floors done right and in a timely manner. We'll finish every last detail and leave your home clean and ready to enjoy your new floor. And, in the rare case that it's not done right, we will come back out and fix it - no extra charge.
